Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@lewalkcosmetic.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used skincare products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
